About the Presenters:
Jon Bucciarelli is President of SDMyers, an electric reliability company specializing in transformer maintenance, fluid testing, field service, and fleet reliability. He leads with a servant mindset, setting the vision, empowering teams, and building community while keeping the focus on serving customers well. A frequent speaker and published author on maintenance and reliability, Jon has presented at industry conferences and contributed to Transformer Technology and other leading publications. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron and an MS in Operations Management from Kettering University. He brings that engineering and business background to every conversation about protecting critical power assets.
Wesley Suplit is the Manager of Product Development at SDMyers, where he leads product management and data analytics focused on transformer condition monitoring and life extension. Over nearly a decade in the field, he has led the development and commercialization of diagnostic solutions, including online (continuous) transformer monitoring and Partial Discharge Inspection services. Wesley works to close the gap between transformer data and the decisions owners need to make, aligning monitoring solutions with the major failure modes that put fleets at risk. He holds a BS in Finance from Grove City College and is a contributing author to various publications on online monitoring and transformer reliability.
