This webinar is based on EPC mega projects experience during the implementation of the asset management system for the new fields of an offshore Oil and Gas company in GCC that involved more than 180,000 new assets.

The webinar will highlight examples of the main challenges and lessons learnt in each phase of the major EPC projects from design till operation.

This will be in light of ISO 55000 definition for “Asset Management”, going through the Asset Lifecycle, the business process for managing major projects, and examples of major challenges, best practices and lessons learnt during: Project preparatory phase, project design phase, procurement phase, construction phase and operation phase.

More than 26 years of experience in Oil and Gas industry in international leading Joint Venture companies (Shell, BP and Total) including more than 21 years in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling. Certified Asset Reliability Practitioner (ARP CAT-1 and a member of the Society of Maintenance and Reliability Professionals (SMRP).  Led several teams in above mentioned companies such as: Maintenance Planning and Scheduling Teams  (3 times), Asset Management Team, Asset Management System Project Team, Asset Management System Team and Reliability Data Management Team.
