Prioritizing Your Activities

Most organizations endeavoring to improve reliability have limited resources and must, therefore, make important decisions about where to focus their efforts, otherwise, they will struggle to make progress. In this brief presentation, we will explain how to use a combination of the asset criticality ranking, Pareto analysis (a bad actor list) and asset health to prioritize activities.
