WEBINAR DESCRIPTION:

A session that will provide insight, advice and instruction on how to determine the proper amount of labor to apply to the machine lubrication work practices based on machines in use versus historical group number.

Learning Takeaways:

  1. A review of the importance of properly defined and properly scheduled work plans.
  2. Discover a method for calculating the optimum amount of labor based on operating machines, not current headcount.
  3. Overview of the tangible benefits associated with knowing precisely how much labor the site needs per machine, per year.
