Tim White, CMRP has worked in maintenance, reliability, and asset management for more than three decades, beginning his career in the U.S. Navy maintaining critical systems on the Nuclear Submarine Fleet.

After leaving the Navy, he spent 15 years in reliability consulting across 22 industries, eventually serving as an Engagement Director. He later became an Asset Management Director for a major offshore drilling company, where he applied the reliability principles he had spent years teaching in the field.

Today, he runs his own consulting company, helping organizations strengthen asset management, maintenance, and reliability performance while mentoring the next generation of engineers and leaders.
