A successful Reliability Program is multi-faceted, incorporating a number of people and processes to achieve the asset management and operational goals of a company. While each piece of the puzzle has its own responsibilities, it is imperative that each role also understand the roles of their counterparts to have a clear, unified vision and approach to the Reliability Program.
