Webinar Description:

This webinar explores the reliability challenges facing cement plants, where large, high-value equipment operates under extreme conditions and unplanned failures can significantly impact safety, production, and costs. It examines the limitations of traditional maintenance approaches and discusses how condition monitoring and data-driven insights can improve understanding of machine health across critical assets such as kilns, mills, crushers, and fans. The session also reviews key failure risks, the operational impact of downtime, and the role of expert analysis and monitoring technologies in supporting more informed maintenance and asset management decisions.

Learning Objectives:

1. Rising competition and increasing investments in decarbonization and digitalization are putting pressure on cement plants to reduce the high life-cycle costs of critical machinery.
2. Reliable fault detection for kilns and other key equipment remains challenging, requiring condition monitoring systems that correlate process data with vibration and other condition indicators.
3. Cloud-based monitoring services enhance maintenance teams with expert diagnostics and actionable insights, helping prioritize the right maintenance actions.
4. Proven results show that combining machine, process, and condition monitoring expertise delivers practical recommendations for preventive and corrective maintenance in cement plants worldwide.
5. The integration of machine, process, and condition monitoring expertise is fundamental to achieving effective and sustainable reliability improvements.
