About the Presenter

Eric graduated from Vinal Technical High School while studying Electrical. During his senior year of high school, Eric went to work for a servo motor repair facility where he would work for over ten years. His responsibilities included overall inspection, dismantling and rebuilding servo motors of all different manufactures.
Eric quickly was promoted to a Quality Assurance Manger where his duties included final inspection and final testing of all motors that went through the facility. He also worked closely with customers dealing with technical questions and concerns regarding motors in the field. Eric was hired by ALL TEST PRO in September of 2020 as the Technical Support Manager for the company. His duties include initial equipment training for new customers, perform in person or virtual equipment demonstrations for potential customers, and assist customers with technical issues in the field.
